Leaf tangerine is a common fruit during the Winter season that is recollected since October to December, and it will be followed by the next citruses campaigns to which it belongs. Tangerines and clementines are very similar fruits, small sized and with some alike characteristics. However, they have different tastes, textures and properties.<\/p>

It has Asian origins, from China and Indonesia. Its denomination has a traditional background, as this fruit was gifted to Ancient Chinese Governors also referred to as \u201cmandarins\u201d. Clementine is a very similar fruit, although much more recent was discovered by Monk Clement Rodier in Argelia.<\/p>
