Consorfrut Polska was established in May 2004 in the city of Krakow, coinciding with EEC enlargement to ten new countries. Consorfrut Polska is located in an industrial zone, near the Rybitwy's fruit and vegetable market, venue of choice for importers and distributors of the sector. The new store is equipped with the latest technology for the conservation and distribution of fresh produce. The range of fruits and vegetables that distributes includes produce from other countries, as well as some local production. Besides this head office, the firm owns other sales outlets, distribution and storage located at Bronize market in Warsaw and in Jaroslaw, near the Ukrainian border, an important strategic center of distribution to other countries in the area . The company plans to open in a next future a new center in another point of Polish geography. With the creation of Consorfrut Polska the Consorfrut Group kept growing through a union of professionals with many years of experience in meeting the demand of supermarkets, local chains and wholesalers in Poland, while taking advantage of the excellent local produce (tomato, carrot, cabbage, apple ...), that they export to another countries of the EEC.
